Service Nature
As a provider of installation services for floating decks, paver patios, and outdoor living spaces, our offerings are primarily service-based rather than product-based. Once materials are ordered and installation begins, standard retail return policies do not apply.
Deposits and Cancellations
Before Material Order
If you cancel your project before materials have been ordered:
- Full deposit refund minus a consultation fee for site assessment time
- Refund processed within 14 business days
After Material Order
If you cancel after materials have been ordered:
- Deposit refund less actual material costs incurred
- Restocking fees may apply for custom-ordered items
- Refund amount determined on a case-by-case basis
During Installation
Once installation has begun:
- No refunds for completed work or installed materials
- Payment due for all work completed up to cancellation point
- Unused materials remain property of Vimreloxsloxaron
Satisfaction Concerns
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your installation:
- Contact us within 7 days of project completion
- Provide specific details about your concerns
- We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue
- Legitimate workmanship issues will be corrected at no additional cost
Warranty Claims
Issues discovered after the initial satisfaction period are handled under our warranty terms:
- Document the issue with photographs
- Contact us to report the problem
- We will evaluate and determine warranty coverage
- Covered issues will be repaired according to warranty terms
Material Defects
For defects in materials discovered during or after installation:
- Manufacturer warranties apply to most materials
- We assist with warranty claims on your behalf
- Defective materials will be replaced per manufacturer terms
- Labor for replacement covered under our installation warranty
Exclusions
Refunds and returns do not cover:
- Normal wear and weathering of materials
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Changes in preference after installation is complete
- Issues resulting from unforeseen site conditions beyond our control
